I know. It’s hard sometimes. Belief me, I get it and I am right there with ya sister! Considering positively is not all the time easy. At first it becomes another task. Then once you get a process down pat, the crappy unfavourable thoughts still seem to creep in. But this is the deal. We’re half Ego and the unfavourable will all the time be there. BUT there are methods to effectively deal with them and transfer by means of a more “considerate” (pun meant) thought process. Because at the end of the day, it is our ideas that are creating our reality and if we wish to live a better life, now we have to assume better – we must change our minds consciously. Change your considering and alter your life. It’s inevitable.
There are three specific mental workouts that I exploit after I need help considering positively.
1. When a destructive thought involves mind I picture a huge metal slab shifting by way of my thoughts pushing the whole lot in its path out of my consciousness. From left to proper, I can see the slab bulldozing the ideas proper out of my mind.
2. One other method is to shout at the thought mentally, “OUT!” Then see the thought flee away. That is Louise Hay’s wantred methodology of adjusting ideas from damaging to positive. (Louise Hay is the founder of Hay House Publishing; a global leader in Spiritual and Personal Improvement literature.)
3. Lastly, as quickly as I develop into aware of my unfavourable ideas I merely and consciously change my level of concentrate on to something else. I select a positive thought and begin thinking about it, leaving the unfavourable story within the dust. Often the new thought is the alternative or an improved made up version of what I used to be just considering, or it’s one thing completely completely different that I am within the strategy of как научиться мыслить позитивно manifesting.
TIP: Combine the last method (3) with the first two methods.
Even when I’m at my most balanced (mind, body, soul) those unfavorable ideas creep in. BUT I will say that they do not stick around as long. They arrive in my thoughts, are caught rapidly, and are merely dismissed using one or more of these methods.
