I know. It’s hard sometimes. Belief me, I get it and I am right there with ya sister! Considering positively isn’t always easy. At first it becomes another task. BUT there are ways to successfully deal with them and move by a more “considerate” (pun supposed) thought process. Because at the end of the day, it is our ideas which can be creating our reality and if we want to live a better life, we now have to think better – we should change our minds consciously. Change your considering and change your life. It is inevitable.
There are three specific psychological workouts that I take advantage of once I need help considering positively.
1. When как научиться мыслить позитивно a unfavourable thought involves mind I picture an enormous metal slab transferring via my thoughts pushing all the things in its path out of my consciousness. From left to proper, I can see the slab bulldozing the ideas right out of my mind.
2. Another way is to shout at the thought mentally, “OUT!” Then see the thought flee away. This is Louise Hay’s favorred methodology of fixing thoughts from unfavorable to positive. (Louise Hay is the founding father of Hay House Publishing; a global leader in Non secular and Personal Improvement literature.)
3. Lastly, as soon as I turn into aware of my damaging thoughts I merely and consciously change my level of give attention to to one thing else. I choose a positive thought and begin eager about it, leaving the destructive story within the dust. Usually the new thought is the opposite or an improved made up version of what I was just considering, or it is something utterly totally different that I am within the means of manifesting.
TIP: Mix the last methodology (three) with the first two methods.
Even when I’m at my most balanced (mind, body, soul) these detrimental ideas creep in. BUT I will say that they do not stick around as long. They come in my mind, are caught quickly, and are simply dismissed using one or more of those methods.
