Next, place your hands just a few inches apart at the center of your kayak paddle, and paddle this way for fifty yards or so. You’ll find it impossible to make your sea kayak or fishing kayak move efficiently without rotating your torso.
When fishing in weed it is best to use small amounts of bait such as PVA bags. PVA bags will land on top of the weed and present your bait nicely without pulling it through it. Pop up baits are also good as they will stand above any weed making them very visible to carp.

The WaveWalker weights in at about 50 pounds, about the weight of your average fiberglass sea kayak. A true double-ender, you swivel on its bench to reverse direction. To stand you do just that. As a kayak fisherman I have long lamented a traditional sea kayak’s limitations come time to paddle slow and troll or places where one does best to tie off to a lobster pot and chunk bait or stillfish.
